चंञ्चलं हि मन: कृष्ण प्रमाथि बलवदृढम्
तस्याहं निग्रहं मन्ये वायोरिव सुदुष्करम्
The mind is strong and obstinate,
It is restless, it is turbulent
Controlling it is hard, I rate
As catching the wind's movement.
